Clambakes by Jim Sanford comes to your party location. It is the perfect feast for your summer lawn or beach party. Ideal for backyards, terraces, patios, rooftops, office parties, apartment or loft parties.

Clambakes by Jim Sanford can serve 50 to 1000 people. The food is steamed in rockweed above ground according to a special portable cooking method, which Jim designed and built.

Additional items available to supplement the clambake menu:

•  Raw bar of freshly opened clams and oysters and/or iced shrimp including    cocktail sauce, mignonette sauce and lemon wedges
•  Crudités of 10 assorted vegetables (green vegetables blanched)    presented in a basket with a sour cream/blue cheese dip
•  Guacamole or salsa with corn chips
•  Imported cheese selection with French bread and grape clusters
